All enrolments to READ-K-Gr.12/Year 13 Literacy Series are for 10 or 20 months and do not automatically renew at the end of the enrolment term.

An annual enrolment consists of 10 monthly issues, but the June issue is a summer special with more pages!

This is so readers can take it away on holiday or enjoy that extra bit of summer reading if staying at home. Schools can also make the most of the summer special issue before they pack up for the summer holidays.

All shipping is included in the enrolment cost. Tawseel Distribution & Logistics, a Dubai Media Incorporated company, distributes the READ Literacy Series in the United Arab Emirates, and all deliveries are on a POD (Proof of Delivery) basis.

UAE enrolments are shipped on or around the 10^th of the month in the September to June publishing cycle.

Home or office delivery dates will vary as your copies are shipped from Dubai, UAE.

Currently, new orders are processed in person by a customer service representative, and the first copy is handed out at enrolment. 

Once the subscription is running, your magazines should arrive in the second to third week of each month in the September to June cycle.

Enrolment renewal will be notified to you by phone, email/WhatsApp before the enrolment finishes. All renewals are processed in person by a customer service representative. Please note that the delivery team is not authorised to undertake any renewal process.

If you are relocating to a foreign country and wish to cancel your enrolment and receive a refund, please contact our customer service team on 052 562 4337 or email enrol@getreaderly.com– the value of any magazines or other products included in the enrolment will be deducted from the value of the unmailed issues. The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 28 days.

If you let us know your intention on 052 562 4337 or by email enrol@getreaderly.com, we will issue a refund.

However, READ-Literacy Series is a process rather than a product, and we recommend that you try three magazines before making a decision. If you still wish to cancel, we will issue a refund.

The cover value of any magazines included in the enrolment will be deducted from the value of the unmailed issues, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you within 28 days.
